Well, it’s good for some things: shoes, ships, sealing wax etc. Treatment for heart disease and diabetes, maybe not so much. As has often been observed, when somebody needs a liver transplant they don’t usually hunt around for the cheapest surgeon.

Yes, I guess on reflection this is pretty hard to spin as a victory for the home team.
